  no, this is trivial to create.  having such an "editor" would make design
  of DTDs almost doable, since the "editor" would have to create a complete
  document for you and then let the user make branch decisions, showing
  which options were available at all times.  (what's not so trivial is
  making such an "editor" comfortable to use for humans.)
