It should be patchable for either image, but my primary goal has been to give you a very good reason not to distribute two different images, as it causes people to choose the lower-case image when all they want is some of the features that some of your programmers only think will "work" with in lower-case, and offer some fairly ridiculous arguments to the effect that it is "necessary".
