It's a Scheme tutorial called "How To Design Programs" the guys at Rice
University have put together as part of "The TeachScheme Project" for
high-school students (see http://www.cs.rice.edu/CS/PLT/Teaching/material.shtml
which contains at the bottom some brief notes on what they're doing and why).
