The Rice University PLT Group <URL:http://www.cs.rice.edu/CS/PLT/>
used to make such a tool available ("xctocc" -- used, among other things,
to create the MzScheme binding for wxWindows), but I understand that
it's no longer distributed on their web site. However, if you contact
Matthew Flatt <mflatt@cs.utah.edu> directly, he might be able to help...
