Hmmm... Running "tcpdump" while I try to access it, I get:

    206.181.191.146 > 66.93.131.53: icmp: host 128.18.65.4 unreachable

where:

    66.93.131.53    == rpw3.org (me)
    128.18.65.4     == bibop.alu.org == www.lisp.org == www.alu.org
    206.181.191.146 == ??? (DNS can't resolve IP address!!)

A traceroute tail:

     6  pax-brdr-02.inet.qwest.net (205.171.205.30)  10.978 ms ...
     7  sjc3-core4-pos4-3.atlas.algx.net (165.117.48.117)  13.504 ms ...
     8  sjc3-core5-pos6-0.atlas.algx.net (165.117.67.241)  12.268 ms ...
     9  206.181.191.146 (206.181.191.146)  13.458 ms ...
    10  * * *
    11  * * *
    12  * * *
    ...forever...

So 206.181.191.146 (whoever that is?!? -- ARIN "whois" says the Class B
is owned by "Business Internet, Inc.") is claiming it can't route any
further towards 128.18.65.4 than itself.

Bad routes being advertised? Routing loop? Broken hardware? Unpaid bills?
YGIAGAM. Go figure...
