That's because IEEE Standard Scheme is virtually identical to
R4RS Scheme, rubber-stamped by IEEE [and priced up in the sky!!],
whereas almost all current Scheme implementations are based on R5RS.

And that's not even mentioning SRFIs...  ;-}
