Due to limitations i cannot change, I may only use Win-os2/WARP to run ACl4W 
and have neither access to NT or 95.. I know that ACL requires 32s or better to 
run on a win 3.1, so I installed IBM version of 32s (Version 1.25 built 110). 
Unfortunately even the install.exe of acl4w 3.01 say that it needs a newer 
version of 32s to proceed.

I sort of remember that we once had a ACL4W 2.0 application up and running 
under winos2. So
- does ACL 3.X requires 32s 1.30 or better to run?
- is there a 32s 1.30 for os2?
-- would ACL 2.x run with 32s 1.25?
