Hello i did this a few weeks ago. You need the programm mkcompat somewhere on
your 95 installation. Open the Allegro exe
select Lie about Windows Version number and save that. Worked fine for me.
There is also a possibility about redefininng pc::pc-running-nt or something
like tjhat mentionned in the Franz WWW-Site

I have ACL 2.0 but not 3.0.x. It doesn't seem to want to install on
Windows '95, which I just obtained. I had imagined that since '95
encompassed Win32S, this would work (perhaps some DLLs would not).
Is this a hopeless cause?
