The CLBT is a project of the Lisp-Team, a loosely organized group of 
developers aiming to promote the use of Lisp as a business 
application programming language.  The CLBT is a  toolkit for rapid
development of relational database front-end applications.  It is 
intended to be cross-platform, but the only UI currently supported is 
Allegro/Win.  All of the code is public domain, so feel free to make 
whatever use of it you see fit.
