Could you send us the code for SEQ? and SEQ.MAKESET ?

Also, you should not do call-counting at the same time as doing time
profiling, because the overhead for call-counting is recorded by the
time profiler, and so everything will be suppressed.  Could you please
send us an output without call-counting.
