The unix window stuff is different from the microsoft windows stuff,
at least for now.  I used the common windows package, although
more elaborate stuff exists.

(initialize-common-windows)  should do something.

Then maybe read the on-line documentation about make-window-stream to get
started.

If you don't have any documentation, it will be hard to get very far.
