It does work under Slackware 3.2 (2.0.29 kernel, libc.so.5.4.23). You
simply install it as explained in the READMEs and that's all. Franz
suggests Red Hat in a way that makes one fear ACL won't work on other
distributions. But it does

Just the bare bones: with ACL you get a clx.fasl (source code is in the
CD) that contains a wrapper to Xlib functionality (that is, no widgets,
no nothing). AFAIK, nothing else.
