I am a consultant with The THOR Group, a major IT solutions provider in
L.A..  I am currently working with a major financial services provider that
is looking for someone to implement ACL for Windows at their client sites.
This position involves significant amounts of end-user interface so people
skills are important.  This could be either permanent or contract work and
the $ is negotiable depending on experience.  We are having a very hard time
finding someone with this skill set so any assistance would be valuable to
me.
