To the allegro-cl mailing list readers from the list maintainer:

  The allegro-cl mailing list, in its 13th year of being unmoderated
and unobstructed, has been blessed with having received only a handful
of misuse/spam messages.  Now, with the list being hit twice
anonymously within several weeks, we are looking into methods that
filter out such messages while maintaining the list's openness and
accessibility.  As of now, no decisions have been made as to how the
mailing list might change.

  For readers wishing to share comments, experiences, or suggestions
related to spam-filtering this mailing list, please use email to
