In all the time I've been using ACL in XEmacs, I've noticed irritating
behavior when errors occur. Usually, I would like errors to break in
the listener I'm in, and this is what normally happens. For reasons I
can't fathom, it sometimes decides that every debugger level should
start in a new XEmacs buffer, starting with one called
*background-interaction*, then *background-interaction*<2>.
I find this annoying. Is there any way I can prevent this, or better,
control how this happens? BTW, the only relevant variable I can find,
'fi:use-background-streams, seems to have no effect.
Thanks.
