We are trying to use ACL 5.0.1/Linux Ent. with current version 
of AllegroServe. Image with AServe and some extensions was 
built, everything is working fine but I cannot figure out 
how to run AServe as a daemon -- as soon as control terminal 
is closed lisp image exits, with error messages of type:


Error: buffer read 0 resulted in error: Input/output error.
  [condition type: FILE-ERROR]

Restart actions (select using :continue):
 0: Abort #<PROCESS Initial Lisp Listener>
[1] USER(2):
Error: buffer read 0 resulted in error: Input/output error.
  [condition type: FILE-ERROR]

nohup is used but it only masks signals, redirecting standard 
input from /dev/null makes matters even worse...

Please help
