Subject: About regular expressions.

Hello lispers,

This may be a silly question. I'm trying to parse some text
files. After several tries I couldn't make the following regular
expression work properly:

cl-user(79): (match-regexp "3\\{1,4\\}" "333" :return :string)
nil
cl-user(80):

It always returns nil. I'm running ACL6.0 on solaris 2.8.

Is there something wrong with my sintax? or am I applying the
concept wrongly?

Many thanks
Arturo
