AFAIK there is no standard term for that, but if (for whatever
weird reason) you need to talk about those a lot you might try
referring to it as "flat" or "flattened", by analogy to what
comes out of the common homework-assignment procedure "flatten"
[a depth-first tree walk which collects the leaves]...
