  with a strict license agreement, saying basically that if you wish to
  make money in any way using this offering, you have to pay Franz Inc by
  buying a support contract.  (I think the terms are overly restrictive,
  but as always, talk to people whose terms you don't like, and they may
  turn out to be reasonable, after all, despite their lawyers.)

  I don't know how "public" this is, but you can pick up a tarball as
  ftp.franz.com:/pub/linux/acl43/linuxacl43.tgz (14M).  remember to pick up
  readme.txt, as well.
